istop kiosk

It is extremely easy to use an istop kiosk. Each has a large touchscreen which displays a number of information and shopping choices.

Users simply touch the ‘virtual button’ to choose their next option. Information or products are automatically displayed with “back” buttons and “menu” options just like the internet. You simply touch the screen. Information is also shorter and often easier to understand than on the web.

The teams working in the store or post office hosting the istop kiosk are fully trained to help and provide a short demonstration.

However, the kiosk is designed to be so easy to use that anyone can use it simply by following the onscreen instructions.

“I pop in to the Post Office two or three times a week now as both my partner and I are looking for work. I used to walk 2 miles into Morpeth for the Job Centre there so it’s made my life a lot easier. Everything works well on the kiosk; I find it easy to use. I also like looking at the toys section as I’ve got a one-year old at home so that bit comes in handy too and the prices are very good.” Lisa Scrowther, istop user
